電感耦合等離子體光譜儀的保養：
The maintenance of inductively coupled plasma spectrometer:
(1)氣體控制系統：ICP的氣體控制系統是否穩定正常地運行，直接影響到儀器測定數據的好壞，如果氣路中有水珠或其它固體雜質等都會造成氣流不穩定，因此，對氣體控制系統要經常進行檢查和維護。首先要做氣體密封試驗，開啟氣瓶及減壓閥，使氣體壓力指示在額定值上，然后關閉氣瓶，觀察減壓閥上的壓力表指針，應在幾個小時內沒有下降或下降很少，否則說明氣路中有漏氣現象，需要檢查和排除。
(1) the gas control system: ICP gas control system is stable in normal operation, directly affect the determination of the quality of the data, if there is water or other solid impurities in the gas path will cause the flow instability, therefore, the gas control system to carry out regular inspection and maintenance. The first thing to do gas seal test, open the gas cylinder and the pressure relief valve, the gas pressure indicator in the ratings, and then close the cylinder, observe the valve on the pressure gauge pointer should not drop or fall, rarely in a few hours, otherwise the leakage phenomenon in the gas path, need to check and troubleshooting.
(2)使用環境：電感耦合等離子體光譜儀與其它大型精密儀器一樣，需要在一定的環境條件下運行，否則，不僅影響儀器的性能，甚至造成損壞，縮短壽命等。根據光學儀器的特點，對環境溫度和濕度有一定要求。如果溫度變化太大，光學組件受溫度變化的影響就會產生譜線漂移，造成測定數據不穩定;而如果環境濕度過大，儀器的光學部件，特別是光柵容易受潮損壞或性能降低

(3)每月用超聲波清洗霧化室、炬管、樣品噴射管;

(4)每四個月更換光譜儀上的風扇過濾網;
(4) fan filter on the spectrometer for every four months;
(5)測試有機樣品后用軟布清潔炬室，防止有機成分沉積;
(5) test of organic samples with a soft cloth to clean the torch room, to prevent the organic components of the sediment;
(6)進樣管、蠕動泵管、廢液管、墊圈等消耗品根據使用情況及時更換;
(6) sampling tube and peristaltic pump tube, waste pipe, gasket and other consumables according to the use of timely replacement;
(7)每年根據儀器公司提供的日常維護條款對儀器做全面保養。

所以使用電感耦合等離子體光譜儀一定要好好保護儀器，要合理的進行保養與注意，出現故障就不要用了，有問題就要進行修理。

電感耦合等離子體光譜儀注意事項： 送樣要求：液體，來樣標明名稱、主要成分、待測元素大致含量。

樣品要求：
Sample requirement:
(1)試液需完全澄清。

(2)試液需pH≤7，鹽酸或硝酸濃度≤10%。

(3)試液中基體元素含量不得超過待測元素一萬倍。

(4)試液中若含有有機物必須作硝化處理后上機測定。
